The Born To Sing Choir is a community choir based in Perth Western Australia whose members range from 15-years-old to 90-years-young.
We are a Soprano Alto Tenor Bass (SATB) choir who believe that everyone is ‘born to sing’ and have an open door membership.
Most of us would never consider ourselves as singers but, together at rehearsals and in concert, we produce a soaring beauty and a sense of well-being and community.
For those who have secretly longed to sing, the good news is that there’s always a space for you in this choir. Everyone is welcome and being able to read music or even sing in tune is not a prerequisite.
Musical Director Martin Meader says that everyone can sing if they are prepared to practice, are enthusiastic and feel supported.
To join the Born To Sing Choir, contact us and discover your voice. There are no joining or membership fees, choir members contribute $10 at each attendance to pay for rehearsal and concert venues, music and musicians, and professional services.
